How are care plans created and updated? How do you handle medications? What happens if my loved one's needs change over time? How do you communicate with families?
About daily life
What does a typical day look like? What activities are offered? Who prepares the meals, and can you accommodate dietary needs? Can I visit at different times of day?
About the home
How many residents live here, and how many caregivers are on duty? What safety features are in place? Are you licensed, and is your staff trained and background-checked? What is included in the monthly fee?
