Who is eligible to live at Tahanan Care Home?

We welcome older adults who need help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medications, mobility, and meals, but who do not require around-the-clock skilled nursing. The best way to know if we are a good fit is a friendly care assessment, which we offer at no cost.

Do you accept hospice residents?

Yes. We coordinate closely with hospice providers so that residents can receive comfort-focused care in the familiar surroundings of our home, surrounded by people who know and love them.

Can residents keep their own primary physician?

Absolutely. Residents are welcome to keep their own doctors. We help coordinate appointments, follow physician instructions, and keep families and providers informed.

Yes. We are a family-centered home and warmly welcome visits. We simply ask that visits respect residents' meal and rest times so everyone stays comfortable.

What is included in the monthly fee?

The monthly fee includes 24-hour personalized care, room and board, three home-cooked meals plus snacks, housekeeping, laundry, medication management, daily activities, and wellness monitoring. Final pricing depends on the level of care needed.
